Permission Form
During the year, the youth may participate in youth group overnights and church and several field trips. Youth who wish to participate in these events must have a parent/guardian fill out a Permission Form – click here to fill out our on-line permission form or download & print a copy.
High School Our Whole Lives (OWL)
We also offer Our Whole Lives for High School youth on 2nd & 4th Sundays, 9 – 10:55 a.m.
Due to the nature of the curriculum and need for confidentiality, registration is now closed for this class.
The Our Whole Lives curriculum for High School will begin with a parent meeting on Sunday, September 11. Classes will begin on September 25 and continue on the 2nd & 4th Sundays of each month (for the most part) through May of 2016 (considerations will be made for youth-cons, youth service, etc.). This class will be facilitated by Julie Brown and Dana Stuehling. Interested participants must pre-register for this class and registration will be closed after the September 11 meeting.
